All meat deliveries will be chilled and should only be refrigerated for 3 to 4 days before cooking unless cryovacced. If your product is cryovacced, it can remain under a constant refrigerated temperature of 4 degrees celsius or under for 4 to 6 weeks.
We recommend packing and freezing your product as soon as convenient for you.

We do take feedback seriously, so we ask that you please get in touch so we can take note of what has happened and find a solution.
We recommend packing and freezing your products as soon as convenient for you. Meat will last 6 to 12 months in your freezer.

Our lamb cutlets are crumbed with white crumb.
All products are individually packed with their ‘Primal Cut’ sticker (Rump, rib fillet, eye fillet) or ‘Sub Primal Cut’ sticker (diced beef etc).
FREE Delivery is currently available to Toowoomba, Warwick, Ipswich, Brisbane, Gold Coast and surrounding suburbs.
We have 2 delivery routes every second weekend.
Delivery Route 1: from Killarney through Toowoomba to all Brisbane Suburbs including Redcliffe on Friday.
Delivery Route 2: from Warwick through Aratula, through Beenleigh area, down to the Gold Coast then back through Canungra, Beaudesert and Boonah on Saturdays.

Local pick up is also available from our butchers Lyons Street Butchers, at 9 Lyons Street, Warwick.
Please contact us to change your delivery address if you have a current order. Please note that the address must be changed 24 hours before delivery is scheduled.
If you need to update your address for all future orders you can do so from your account page.
We know that life is unpredictable and sometimes you need to make changes, please contact us and we’ll do our best to sort out a convenient time for you.

Delivery weekends are updated on our Delivery Page website and orders must be received by the Thursday proceeding the delivery weekend to be included in that weekend’s deliveries, subject to availability.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive correspondence to organise a time for your order to be delivered. You will be given an hour window for when the delivery will take place.
We prefer to deliver at a time convenient to you, when you will be home. You will be contacted the day prior to delivery with a 1 hour window for when delivery will take place. If your circumstances change and you are unable to be home during the delivery window, please contact us.
You will receive an SMS the night before your delivery with an hour delivery window.
