🎄🍽️ Aussie Christmas Special: BBQ Glazed Beef Skewers! 🍖🔥

Looking for some BBQ inspo for the next week of catch-ups? Try our mouthwatering BBQ Glazed Beef Skewers, perfect for summer festivities! 🎅🌟

Ingredients:

1kg of Paddock to Plate beef, cut into cubes
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
Cherry tomatoes, capsicum, red onions (optional for skewering)
Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, honey, and olive oil to create the marinade.
Marinate the beef cubes in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill or BBQ to medium-high heat.
Thread marinated beef cubes onto the soaked skewers, alternating with cherry tomatoes, capsicum, or red onions if desired.
Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally and brushing with the remaining marinade until beef is cooked to your liking.

Serve these deliciously glazed skewers hot off the BBQ and enjoy the flavours of an Aussie Christmas! 🍖🔥🎁
